Noname came from an auction. Someone had worked on machines. This machine does not look like it was ever completely set up - it does not look used at all. I really like Noname. The tag for the motor is in the case - the motor was spray painted black. The foot control and case look new - a bit of rust on the case's latches. The Alden came from the same auction. It doesn't looked used either - it has a nasty looking Kenmore motor and foot control - maybe she ran out of spray paint? When I got the Alden, I did not realize at first that it was 3/4 size Japanese 15. One day it just hit me. The Cinderella came from a CL ad. I was surprised how light weight. I think the motor weighs the most. I was surprised to see the same Japanese 15 parts on it. There is not much left of that case - maybe some orange spray paint could make it look like a pumpkin. I bet the paper is holding it together and probably the source of the smell.
