There are people that make stuffed animals, the fur can be used for that. Or depending on the color, I think it bight be cute to make a monster quilt and have patches of fur on it. Alot of the other types of fabric can be used to make purses and other items that aren't washed. If you aren't going to use it, give it away.
A friend of mine gave me a few scraps of her fake fur and a pattern to make a mouse. She used to make cat toys years ago.
