Corn and Broccoli Bake
1 (16 oz) can cream style corn
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 cup crushed saltines, divided
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Dash of pepper
2 Tbsp margarine, melted
In a bowl, combine the corn, broccoli, 1/4 cup saltines, egg, onion and pepper. Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine margarine and remaining saltines; sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
