Nice cabinet. I'm posting a pirated pic of my naked 99K, hope GW don't mind. Look at the two hinges I drew the arrow too. Those are what you need to mount your machine in that cabinet.
I notice that screw hole needs repair. Not sure how I would tackle that. I currently have one that's in worse shape I haven't figure out yet.
If you see hinges with 2 screw holes in them they are for the Japanese machines. I've never seen a Singer with 2 hole hinges, only one. They would work, just won't be technically correct.
