My husband and I have both retired in the last year. That in itself is a huge adjustment. The fact that for the last 10 years he worked away from home and was home on weekends, sometimes just once a month. So now the two of us are together 24/7!! I find my sewing room is a great escape place for me.
With you on that, EllieGirl. Same ole, same ole here! Love him, but it's a lot of togetherness after years and years of Navy then a job that took him out of town 3 days/nights each week!
