Yes, I do. Besides waiting for some of the others here who know more than I do, I'd do two things. First I'd go here: http://thefeatherweight221factory.com/default.aspx and read up on the trouble shooting steps he has.
Then I'd turn the little critter up side down and carefully follow his instructions on how the clean out the bobbin area. Just one little piece of thread jammed our FW up completely. I had to totally disassemble the bobbin carrier and hook to get to it.
Also there is a curved spring on the part that the hook sits next too. If that spring is bent and there's no room for the thread to pass between it and the other parts it will break the top thread every time.
Just some things to check out.

Ummm, one more dumb question; you are using the correct type bobbin? The FW machines use a narrow bobbin. Looks like a skinny Class 15 sort of.
