Another vote for CakeMix Doctor. I have made many of the variations in the book. Every single one of them has been so moist and tasty!
One of the best ones from the book is Blueberry Muffin cake. It's yellow cake with fresh blueberries and yogurt. Oh...and the white chocolate cake with raspberry filling!
