Batting is pretty hard to smuggle across the border. 
I think your best bet is to order some from a company on line that offers a good deal on shipping.
I recently bought a bunch of batting from Connecting Threads, they were all on sale and since my total bill was more than $50 the shipping was free. Not sure that they carry Warm & Natural but they do have several brands. I like Hobbs 80/20 but also ordered some different type battings to try out.
