I agree, very thin cotton batting, flannel, or muslin would be perfect. You really don't want to put W & N in this one.
That being said, I nap very comfortably under a cotton quilt with Quilters Dream wool batting when the house is 70/72 degrees, and I LOVE the drape, feel, and weight (light!) of it.
