This is a pre-fab 14 X 30 building (shed). I just transformed it into this! Check in your area for pre-fab sheds, I'm sure there's some locally, as when I drove the big rig I used to see them all over the place. I did all the electrical, paneling, carpet & so forth. It's taken me about 6 weeks to do the whole thing (including the move in). Good luck!
