OK---guess I will jump in since no one else has probably suggested the obvious problem----when you cleaned
your machine bobbin area, did you make sure the little "finger" on the bobbin case is in the correct place ?
look at your manual & it will clearly show this. many an owner has paid $$ because of this simple thing.
