I know what you mean about scraps. I'm pretty sure mine multiply during the night! This is one great-looking quilt & I'm sure your kin folk will LOVE it. If not, we coule pretend like I'm your long-lost cousin & it could come live here in stormy WI with me... just trying to help... LOL!
