I don't have that Viking machine ( I have the Sapphire 875) but if she has a darning foot attachment, you can certainly use that. The two FMQ options I have on mine are FreeM Floating and FreeM Spring Action. If that's what is on her machine, choose the FreeM Floating with the darning foot. The FreeM spring Action is for the spring action FMQ foot that I purchased extra. Mine does not have a stitch regulator for FMQ but it has a speed control and that helps me a lot.Hope this info helps you!
