Or you could just sew various squares of fabric together, that goes together very quickly especially if you have charm packs or layer cakes on hand. Or Missouri Star Quilts has a tutorial showing how to whip up a pretty quilt using Layer Cakes. It's called Double Layer Cake or something like that. Enjoy!
