Except for when I'm writing patterns at midnight when I'm virtually asleep (see second post under
http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...n-t185286.html and my response several posts later!) I wouldn't ever think of doing this pattern you show any way but speed-piecing/strip piecing/chain piecing/whatever you want to call it. I much prefer to keep my bottom in this chair and sew as long as possible before standing to press and cut!! The instructions as written are just too much work for me, LOL!
