There is a drink called Elations which helps me. It contains glucosamine & chondroitin. It takes a couple of weeks to start working & it has a pleasant taste. Also include vitamin C, that helps rebuild the cartliage lost in OA (I have a medical degree). Also make sure your shoes aren't "run over" on the sides to put a strain on your knees. Good shoes are important. Hope that helps.
