When I see a pattern I like, I repro it in QuiltPro and then have a large listing of patterns available to me. (There are several good pieces of quilting software, I just prefer QuiltPro.) On this site, on any given day there will be a number of delightful patterns. I also use Barbara Brackman's Encyclopdia of Pieced Quilt patterns. That, however, requires some expertise to use effectively.
