I have osteo-arthritis all over my body. Can not take a prescription as they make me break out, but am able to take over the counter. I take Nature Made "NEW"Triple Flex with (Vit D3 2000I.U.,Glucosamine 1500mg,Chondroitin 800mg, Msm 750mg)I like this one the best. Osteo-byflex, Natrol and others. It takes a week to notice improvement.
