I also take Mobic l daily and they do help. Now there is a series of 3 shots one a week for 3 weeks. The first time I had them they lasted for almost a year. I had another set about 3 months ago and they really help. They are much better than Cortizone but I have forgotten the name of them. I may try knee replacement one day but now for awhile.
