Wendy - as I said on that thread - you changed my world. Since then I've done that lap quilt and this runner. Can't wait to get another one sandwiched so I can do it again. I was frozen before, but this "Snake" idea unfroze me. Now I can even look at other FMQ ideas and have a go at them - because I can snake them.
fivepaws - I totally agree. I made one practice block, but ... boring! I know this isn't the greatest, but the lady who will get it will have no idea and will cherish it anyway. Usable practice things - awesome!
