We've been making trips there since last fall to take measurements of the current bridges, assess the pavement and the stream bed. We've made presentations to the town selectmen and the Bensons Park committee. He and my husband were there last night. In a few short weeks, the rotted old bridges will be gone, replaced by new bridges. And you will know that it was my son and his great supporters in the Boy Scouts who did it.

And, after all that rambling, your quilt is just lovely!
The Boy Scouts have done such a great job on this part of the park. W e love going there. I cannot wait to see the improvements your son makes. Small world right??

Beautiful job. Love your shoe house.
Thank you!! All the work comes from the fabrics I choose. The fabric are graduated from selvedge to selvedge, so I just cut strips and sewed them together. Unfortunately I do not have the name of the fabrics, but the next time I go to my LQS I'll see if I can get it.

Not my studio!! I wish it was. It's a piece in a local park that used to be an amusement park.

Cheers!
