The quilting complements the design - simple, uncomplicated. I can see where some quilts are quilted heavily and can detract from the design but I think that this one has been done in good taste. Quilting in itself is its own art and not everyone can quilt beautifully either by hand or machine. We should applaud the effort. One person's taste may not appeal to another.
