As for the carnauba wax, you can pick that up on Amazon or at any auto parts store. Also note that on your list, "singer motor lube" and "gear lube" are the same item.
Another thing on your list Jenny might not stock is the felt oil pad for a Featherweight. I ordered mine from a sewing supply company in Florida, and swiftly came to regret it--I'm guessing that particular company sells your name and address to direct-mailers, because after ordering from them, I suddenly began to receive a lot of sewing-related junk mail and catalogs I did not request.
