I don't know how, but check to see if it's licensed??? Another option, try Obies, just outside Lancaster, PA. They have an amazing selection of licensed fabrics for all teams/schools. Could try looking for a phone number as well...the lady there is amazingly knowledgeable about what they have and what is/isn't licensed. It's kind of a scary place if you've never been there but that lady can lay her hands on anything in that store in 30 seconds flat!
