Pampered Chef sells a lot of clay baking pieces. My daughter used to sell it and got me the whole set. I absolutely love them, anything from pizza stones to bread pans to casserole pans. I NEVER use soap on them. There is a little tool that comes with them that's used for scraping off left over food. But if you let it set in plain water while you're putting things away or something like that, when you get back to it it has loosened and you just have to wipe it clean.
