Beautiful fabrics. Do you know what colors she plans to decorate with? Maybe her maid of honor for the wedding could give you some insite on what she likes. I was looking at the first pic you posted is that what she likes? Looks like maybe she likes the duvet style bed. She probably doesn't want to say in case you pick the wrong colors for her decorating some people hate to say to much about a gift someone is going to make them. Maybe she wants to pick her own for her new home. There are so many reasons but a relative or close friend s/b able to help you. Good luck.
