Can't read designs on my NEW Janome 350E Machine - Please Help
I just bought a Janome 350E embroidery only machine & I have downloaded designs for the 1st time from emblibrary.com. I thought I had to download them zipped so that's what I did. They are on my computer desktop & I then moved them also to a thumb drive to put in my 350E. When I went to open them in my 350E nothing is happening - no designs or anything. When I check the thumb drive the list shows up but nothing when I put them in my machiine. What did I do wrong? Emblibrary says maybe my machine only reads unzipped designs but I can't find that info anywhere in my manual. Does anyone on this board have this machine & can someone help me with this machine. I have never had a Janome before so maybe I am doing something wrong. HELP please.
