Zipping and unzipping files are done on your PC, not the sewing machine. A zipped file is a compressed format often many files compressed together to make it quicker to download. You need to uncompress them. What operating system are you using? Windows 7? Look on your PC under windows help. There will be instructions on how to unzip or uncompress the files. Do this on your PC and then move the individual files to your thumb drive.
