Once a fabric has bleed, you can try synthrapol in the wash after the quilt is done. It suspends the dye in the water so it doesn't bleed more onto the quilt. I have never tried it on fabric that has already bled. Colour catchers used in the wash can collect bleeding also. Wish I had a perfect recipe but maybe someone else will.
