Gosh all this was good to know. I think I will stick to cutting my own strips. I'd hate to do all that work then discover the squares didn't fit together. If I do use them I'd better make sure I am full of coffee so I am alert enough to measure then figure when I'm supposed to be following the peak or the valley. Seriously, I have hung a medium sized wipe off board in sewing room so I can jot down little things like this. If my sewing gets interrupted I can just check the notes for that project when I get back to it.
