Quilted Mothers Day wall hangings
I've had these x- stitched pieces for about 8 or 9 months now waiting for the time to finish them for a friend. She past them to me to finish 'whenever'. I figured MD would be perfect. They were x- stitched by her husband over twenty years ago.
I used a light weight iron on stabilizer on the adia cloth, added the borders, quilted and finished them last night. Each one took about 6 hours. I think my friend is going to cry when she sees them. I love to make people cry!
