Since my DD asked for this and I had to type it anyway, thought I'd post it. We used to make a pizza at least once a week. This recipe is from Fleischmann's Yeast. Even DH has made this one.

PIZZA DOUGH

3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup very warm water (125 to 130 degrees F.)
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil (I use a little more)
Cornmeal for dusting pan, optional

In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt. Stir very warm water and salt into dry ingredients. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead dough on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 4 to 6 minutes. Cover; let rest on floured surface for 10 minutes.

Lightly oil 1 (14-inch) or 2 (12-inch) round pizza pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal, if desired. Form dough into smooth ball. Roll dough to fit pan(s).

Spread dough with the pizza sauce recipe below or use your favorite homemade or prepared sauce. Use mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.

Bake in preheated 400 degree F. oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Time depends on size and thickness of crust and selected toppings.

Dough can be made ahead and stored in fridge until needed. Bring to room temperature before using.

Note: The dough can be rolled out and cut into strips with pizza cutter and baked as bread sticks.

Pizza Sauce

1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning ( or adjust to suit your taste)
1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Mix together and let stand for at least an hour. Can store several days in refrigerator and can also be used to dip bread sticks.

Also can make bread dipper from Olive Oil and crushed garlic or garlic salt or powder. Let stand at room temperature an hour or so to develop flavor.
