One of my favorites. This is what quilting is all about to me. Nothing beats the looks of a true scrappy quilt. Not that I was around then, contrary to what my kids think, but quilting started as a necessity and was made out of anything anyone could get their hands on. Those kinds of quilts still speak to me. Hummmm... maybe I was around then! :-) Beautiful quilt!
