Over the quick reply box, do you have a bar with feature icons on it? Mine allows for colour changes, font sizes,underline......SMILEY FACE ICON,Unlink, tree(insert image).....etc. If you don't have these features above your reply box you need to go into settings and press something. I would tell you what to press but I forget. Maybe someone else can walk you through the steps.
