Let me work on getting the pictures... I am having a yard sale with a friend and have been working on going through my entire house and getting rid of things we don't use. I bought the machine used at store name
- I paid $880. That was 2 years ago... I really haven't used it enough to get it serviced 
I have used it some for regular sewing... I was wanting to do an Etsy business with sewing and Embroidery but it never happened. Seeing it sit on the shelf makes me kind of sad. I haven't seen any issues with it, it's a great machine and can't beat it for the price. I would take it any day over one of the ones you can get at Walmart. It comes with all the orginal stuff I got with it and I do have the manual as well as some extra pre-wound bobbins.

I do know where the store is and they are a Janome dealer, along with other machines. What do you think? If I can get DH to go with me, if she will let me, I would like to see it run and test it out.
