Not sure what power supply you have, Australia runs on 240v. Because USA electrical items are geared for 110v, I think, we have to buy a "downverter" or "upverter" I think it's called, to plug the machine into, to take the stronger 240v down to the 110v, otherwise it would blow the whole machine, starting fires. And if that happens insurance will not pay out. Don't know if this helps, but it's worth a thought.
