You'll enjoy Quebec City. My French is not great but everyplace seemed to speak both English and French. They really cater to tourists and there's lots to see. I was on a great walking tour with a university professor as tour guide and loved all the old churches and museums and historical sites. It was fun to go in the front door of a shop on one street, go down a flight of stairs and exit out the back door on a different street one level below. There's lots of quaint shops and great restaurants.
