The best thing is watch what you eat and excercise. I haven't lost much weight but have lost 118.5 inches. My Dr. says that mucsle weighs more and keep at it. Soon the weight will come off.
You might want to re-think what your Dr tells you .... as he's far from correct.
Think about it ... a pound is a pound is a pound .... one pound = 16 oz.
Fat, muscle, lead, feathers, whatever .... one pound of each is still one pound!!!!!!!!
The only difference is that some of those pounds take up more space, and some less.
