Over the years (I'm now 77) I have fought the "Battle of the Bulge" and probably tried every diet or pill to come along but all in all I have found Weight Watchers to be the best to follow. The new plan is really easy and you don't give up everything you love...just portion control and cooking methods. I have heard so not so good reports on Hydroxycut so be careful about pills as they do not change your eating habits and that is what you must do to lose it and KEEP IT OFF.
