I almost always have used poly batting, high loft and I love it. I was just at my Son's new home and saw two old quilts. I remembered some of the squares in them, he said I had made them, many years ago, I had forgotten. Long story short. I had used poly batting in them, they were so worn some of the squares were totally gone but the batting was still there.
