ARGH - makes me very nervous - oh well I can't find anything anyway. I need to look for some high shank feet again - I couldn't find them on the quick look see. I saw that bobbin case yesterday but I'm betting I put it in the box I took over to the shop to try to re-unite with the other parts from that machine.
If they really want to help, I'd give them containers and all the spare feet, and maybe set up a low shank, a high shank, and a slant for them to check feet against. I would love for someone to come organize my feet. If they improve things, then more power to them. If they don't well, all isn't lost. Seriously, if you had a sister or mom who was good at painting, or wallpapering, or hemming things, and they offered, you'd likely take them up on it. Yours seem to think they have a talent for organizing- let them. Just keep in control of what they are doing, and review what they did at the end ( you can call this letting them show off) so that you can still find your stuff!
