Sure. Learned it a long time ago, I think from Sharon Schamber. I just use foam core board and draw the block size on it (plus a few more lines to help). Use liquid starch in a spray bottle (mine is diluted) to pretty much soak the thing and either stretch it a bit to make it bigger or scrunch it in to make smaller. The starch will make it keep its shape for when you sew it into your quilt. Its a great help!
