Hi My Time-- yes, the blocks are done in sets. You do need to make at least 1 set to participate. Each block does not have to be the same pattern, but some folks find it easier to do them the same. You can do different fabric choices also.
If you send me 4 blocks to swap, you will receive 4 blocks from other folks to add to your collection.
