You just print out an extra foundation and mark an X on the wrong side of all the pieces before cutting them out. Then use them as templates to cut your fabric - template X side up, fabric right side up. I just 'eyeballed' a generous 1/4" seam allowance round each one then trimmed the seams back to an exact 1/4" after they were sewn. But after only 4 blocks, I'm NO expert! :D
