I love all the quilts! I just finished a quilt top with redwork embroidered Santas alternating between Star blocks. I can't decide how to quilt it. Some of my friends tell me to quilt right over the redwork. I hesitate to do that, but I feel the blocks (12 inch) need some type of quilting. What did you do on Teddy Bear quilt?
I did stitch in the ditch around the bear paws and just an outline stitch around the bears and one or two letters in each block. Couldn't get too detailed with the quilting because of the words.
