Here is a link to a picture of the Martelli rotary cutter. It comes in both right and left-handed versions. The big difference is in how you hold the cutter. Your index finger goes over the top and, in general, your hand is cupped over the cutter. It is a more ergonomic design that actually works very well, but it takes a little practice to get used to the changed hand position.
