Well, if the table is big enough to fit 1/4 of the quilt at a time, I think I would run a bright coloured basting stitch thru the center from top to bottom and side to side. Then I would square up a quarter at a time, making sure that the measurements are constant for each quarter. If the table is not big enough for that, I tihink I'd wait until a larger space could be had.
