Those 99's have to have a case or a cabinet to work right - the cabinets aren't easy to find. They are a fantastic little machine. The Singer 99 takes a normal class 66 bobbin and sews a real nice stitch - they are super easy to use. Back to the machine holder... you might be able to make one - here is a link to how to make a box for a sewing machine.
