louise have you thought about trying this method of reorganizing your fabrics? it looks like it would save you some space. i am sure all of those cardboard bolts take up a whole lot of needed space.

wow if i had that much fabric and add to that the 256 fq's you were ironing, i would be immobilized. now if i had a much larger home with the space i have seen in some of the sewing rooms i have been in lately, i could handle all of that fabric, but in my tiny space it would visually/physically immobilize me. during my sewing days i had much more fabric than that but i had a much larger home, 3 children, a husband, 4 cats and a sewing business.
