I agree with D9P with the large print in the corners so they don't get cut up. I think we have a QB tutorial on keeping directioal prints in D9P going the right way? I am going to try the X and O pattern from Missouri Star Quilt tutorial for my next quick quilt. It starts with a 5 inch square that you sew diagonal across 2 1/2 in squares placed on 2 corners to make a block. It would work with your fabric too.
